TRAA Fishing Evening - Thursday, August 28, 2025

During our summer hiatus from General Meetings, TRAA members will instead meet once a week for an evening of fishing. Each Thursday evening throughout August will bring us to a different spot on the Thames River at around 5:30pm, or whenever you can make it.

On August 28th, we'll be fishing the Main Branch as it flows Tiffany Park in Delaware.

The water remains low throughout the Thames River system, but this will likely open up more oportunity at this location!

From Komoka, take Gideon Drive south to Delaware and turn right opposite Wellington Street. From the Highway 402 turnoff for Delaware, take Longwoods Road to Gideon Road and turn left, then turn left opposite Wellington Street.

Target species are smallmouth bass and carp with chances at channel catfish, walleye, pike, river redhorse, freshwater drum and the odd muskie.

This will be our first General Meeting after the summer break so make sure you're there to get caught up on all the background, all the decisions, and all the scoops firsthand. And, if you're there, you'll have the opportunity to be involved in the discussions!

As always, guests are always welcome.

The venue is the WOFGPA clubhouse, 790 Southdale Road East, London, ON.

See you there!
